Telephone triage
The reception staff will carry out the telephone epidemiological triage of the patients:
During the discussion with patients, they are asked to answer the COVID-19 risk assessment questionnaire; If COVID-19 infection is suspected, scheduling will be delayed; If the questionnaire shows that the patient is not at risk of spreading COVID-19 infection, the patient is scheduled for consultation, treatment or intervention, and upon arrival at the clinic to confirm by signing the information provided by phone; Patients are scheduled at hourly intervals so that they do not intersect in the waiting room;
