We would like to inform you about the Protocol that each patient will have to follow before and after entering the New Dent Clinic.

Telephone triage

The reception staff will carry out the telephone epidemiological triage of the patients:
  • During the discussion with patients, they are asked to answer the COVID-19 risk assessment questionnaire;
  • If COVID-19 infection is suspected, scheduling will be delayed;
  • If the questionnaire shows that the patient is not at risk of spreading COVID-19 infection, the patient is scheduled for consultation, treatment or intervention, and upon arrival at the clinic to confirm by signing the information provided by phone;
  • Patients are scheduled at hourly intervals so that they do not intersect in the waiting room;
  • Epidemiological triage

  • Upon arrival at the clinic, the patient must wear a face mask.
  • Disinfect the footwear at the entrance on the mat containing chlorine-based disinfectant.
  • If the patient is accompanied, he will enter the clinic alone, except for the companions of minors or people with disabilities.
  • Upon entering the clinic, the patient will disinfect his hands with disinfectant gel and cover his shoes with disposable protective boots.
  • In the epidemiological triage area, the patient will receive a questionnaire with questions to answer and sign responsibly. If the patient refuses to sign this document, the patient will not be taken to the office.
  • The patient's body temperature will be measured. If the temperature is higher than 37.3 degrees Celsius, the patient will give up the appointment. If it is an emergency, it will be addressed to the UPU Suceava emergency service.
  • If there are other people waiting, the patient takes care to keep a distance of 1.5 - 2 m from them.
  • Taking the patient to the office

  • Before starting treatment, the patient will be asked to rinse the mouth with antiseptic solutions for 30 seconds.
  • Leaving the office

  • Before the patients leave the clinic, we recommend that they will disinfect their hands.
